James Hart very approachable and understood our requirements with no pressure

Although I know that the salesman James Hart was doing his best to deliver the car on the agreed date he was let down buy the sister garage in Battersea who did not deliver it to the Guildford branch on time. I will say that at all times James kept me informed of events and had helped me identify the car in the first instance.

My order and part exchange allowance was dealt with by Craig at Lookers Guildford. From meeting my requirements in terms of how much I had budgeted to buy a new T-Roc, to being prepared to spend as long as I wanted to have my questions answered as part of the handover of the new car, nothing was too much trouble for Craig.

When you deal with the Service Department staff the service is excellent. Lookers Guildford have a serious problem to address with their telephone response. You call the 01483 230500 number, make the correct selections and the phone just rings. You leave it ringing and on a number of occasions nobody answers. What makes it worse is that you get a message that nobody is available to take your call, please call back! Guess what happens when you call back? Nobody is available to take your call!

The online booking system wasn't working properly so I had to book via phone in the end. Check worked fine though. Friendly booking service, friendly dealership staff, video walk around provided, ample notifications/updates and swift completion of work.
