I am 84 and do not do 'technology', so most of this sort of stuff goes over my head. My problem, not yours.My T-Roc was serviced and cleaned as expected and in a timely manner. I can hardly walk, so have to wait, and this is important. What else could I want? Thank you Lookers.

The online system works perfectly easily to reduce calls etc.Thank you to Ryan and the rest of the service department for their assistance, the courtesy car I was driving was hit and regardless of the extra work it has caused them they were nothing but amazing.
