For the most part it was very well organised and a smooth handover. I gave it 4 rather thanb5 only because I had to chase up a couple of things in relation to it's service history and MOT certificate which should have been prepared and given at point of handover

Checking the car was good. Trying to get in contact with Lookers Guilford on multiple occasions was appalling. Even a 2 to 3 mi Ute wait with tiresome music which gives the impression the call may be answered and the not is frustrating. Car collection should be open till 6pm. Most people are working and finish at 5 so need time to get there. The car was not washed and cleaned as has been done before. No drivers to collect and drop off .
