The overall service was great. The waiting area has been revamped since I last used it. The new seats were OK but if you wanted to have a drink then you ideally needed a seat near a table. Not all the new chairs have easy access to a table.I was listened to. I brought the car in for an MOT while I wait. I asked for Lookers not to make the complimentary video and was asked if I wanted the complimentary clean which I declined. The service team realised I did not want to be hanging around too long and I was very pleased to be out in 75 minutes.

Very pleased with the service provided by the service team, who kept informed. But somewhat disappointed in Volkswagen generally. The impression I got when purchasing the car that the 2nd year inspection/service was included. So was somewhat shocked to be told that things such as the sun-roof, pollen filter etc. all needed to be serviced and was recommended! In summary I was told what was included, but not what wasn't included! The total of this would have been over £600.00. Had I known all these things required servicing I would have had second thoughts about purchasing the car. The car hasn't even done 14,000 miles yet. The list value is over £40,000 so I am having to pay a fairly hefty addition on the car tax. Again this was not really explained.

My experience was a lot quicker and easier than previously. There was a slight altercation but Dan happily helped and was a pleasure to speak to over the phone and in person. Valued member of Guildford branch! Excited to be purchasing my next car in guildford soon!
