There seemed to be an error in your online booking system, as it would only allow me to have the car serviced at the VW Battersea, London, which is where I orginally bought the car. This is now inconvenient to get to and from my current residence in West Sussex, so I usually like to opt for VW Guildford, as the most easliy accessible dealership, but your online system would not allow me this option, so I had to call to make the booking.Everyone was helpful and courteous, from when the car was collected to the point it was returned to me.

All in all a very efficient handover for my new car.
