The system was easy to use to check in - but it was a waste of time. I still had to queue and go through check in system when I got to the garage.Everyone in the service department was excellent. I did not give an excellent score because I had already booked in on-line and was expecting to simply drop off my keys. As it was I still had to queue for quite a while and then go through the whole booking in process again - which meant that i missed the bus back, that I was planning on getting.

Staff were extremely helpful and efficient as was the overall process.

I did not use it.My service was prompt, I was kept informed while I waited.

Listened to various wants from three different people regarding the purchase of 1, either a used, nearly new or new vehicle. Let us see the advantages, & minuses for each and appreciated whichever we chose would be a sale... All the team from Craig to Finance and Reception gave exemplary service. To make things better, the "driver" is really happy with the car we bought. Thanks.

The car has been serviced by VW since new but unfortunately the numerous service details have not been uploaded by previous VW garagesI asked if there was a central data base to collate all the history from and unfortunately was told different dealerships even though under the umbrella of VW don’t pass such information on afterwardsFirst service due at Guildford VW proved the point as I was alerted during the service about no record of the auto gearbox oil being changed and brake fluidThis has all been completed in past 12 months and have been trying to get all past servicing invoices from respective dealerships …. Got a few from Citygate but they can’t get from a previous owner Inchgate ? Of Twickenham VWI would like VW UK to do this for me and acquire electronic copies of all invoices presented and paid for for the car since new up until latest service in GuildfordPositive feedback on this appreciated asap due to many being mislaid during recent move by removal company

Everything worked although the music was a bit loud and unnecessaryEveryone was very helpful

Luke communicated with me really well and everything was really well organised when we arrived except that the car was surrounded by a pile of leaves needed a good wash and hoover which at first sight was a real put off.
