When booking I was offered a service plan and it was well explained, when picking car up the issue with steering wheel was explained with timeline, which was useful. The video from the mechanic was clear and well filmed and narrated

Easy to accessNo problem with the service and workmanship, but the hourly labour rate is getting prohibitive, a problem I also faced when I had the blocked drainage holes on my Tiguan sun roof (£1150.00)
