It was very straight forward and easy to use.After we dropped off the car for service, we were unable to pick it up because of an accident; my wife has two broken ribs. When I told Kieran, the service manager, he immediately offered to deliver the car free of charge even though I was willing to pay. This is much appreciated and an excellent level of service. It exceeded my expectation.
