Booking & checking in was great.Communications during the MOT and service was also great.Only point was that when I arrived to collect the vehicle I was told it needed a retest and I was sent to the waiting area. I explained that I was under the impression that the vehicle was ready and was told it is not. When I walked around the yard I saw my vehicle parked and not needing any retest, which meant I waited an extra 30min for no reason. Better communication between the staff would have avoided this.Otherwise it was great. Thank you

Lovely chap delivering car and your representative made paperwork easy and was polite and professional throughout.
