Provided a good service. From calling to book service in and then to completing service. However the car was not valeted as they close at 12pm on Saturdays.

When booking I was unable to inform you the car had a current service plan, on 2 prior occasions I informed you of this, but when collecting the car you still seemed unaware of this.Everything went well and according to plan and the car passed it's MOT and was cleaned extremely thoroughly. From the visual health check I was verbally informed of three red advisories which I declined as I needed the car back. I only later was able to find the link to this on my phone and would have preferred a print out.
