My car was kept overnight to replace a tyre which was not available until the next day. I was told that I would have the car back in the morning, but didn’t have it until late in the day. While this was not a problem for me, l had to call you to find out when I would be getting my car back. I understand that the person who dealt with me on the first day was off work on the second, which may have been the reason I was not informed of the situation. Communication was excellent otherwise.

This is my second booking with Lookers Guildford.While I have a vw place a mile from my house, their service is atrocious, and so I'm more than happy to venture the 20+ miles to this place because of their customer centricity, quality of service, and standard of work.The team is polite, courteous, they keep me informed, and are genuinely helpful.I'm definitely planning on sticking with Lookers for these factors, and will be avoiding the other vw dealerships.
