I needed a new steering wheel as the original one had a fault and they spotted that when i had it went into the shop, they told me that the steering wheel was on backorder and could take a while to come in, but it didn't take long for it to come and i booked in in straight away. it was quick but was done properly.

Online booking and check in were easy to use. Service department made contact by telephone to clarify our requirements. Dropping car off was easy and service reception staff were friendly, competent and efficient. Car was serviced in a timely manner and we were kept updated of its progress via email.
