Item 6 - there was a 6 month wait from ordering to delivery which turned out to be a 7 month wait feel there should have been an update call in between this period. Apart from that all other communication was very satisfactory.

The spec of the vehicle probably needed to be sat down with the buyer and gone through item by Item, there were a couple of features that I would have been likely to have bought if they'd been explained more clearly.Ie IQ lights were not standard on my car and I would probably have paid for them.I also wanted the higher BHP version and somehow this was missed too.I know I wanted to spec to a cost, but oddly we found that we were under cost on delivery so I could have probably stretched to those extras.

It was ok but I am not able to change up to a t-cross even though my present 2 year old up gti has only dome 4750 miles

Generally speaking, the experience was very good. However, I think PCP Pre-Contract Credit Information and the HP Agreement documents need improving. Initially it was impossible for me to sign these online because various figures that were shown just did not make any sense to me, or to my son who is an accountant. I was only prepared to sign these documents once Cameron Stevens, the Sales Executive, had explained the figures to me and I have to tell you that I spent several hours trying to understand the figures before I asked Cameron to explain them. I think the documents should be reconfigured so that they are understandable by any customer without requiring further explanation from the dealership.I wasn't going to sign a legal document without fully understanding what I was signing.
