Ross was great, very accommodating when we came back without an appointment. We love the car however it would have been nice to pick it up with a full tank of petrol (1/3 full) given the price of the car.. thought that was abit cheeky

Overall fine. Disappointed the car was not cleaned prior to collection, but the collection service was very good and efficient. The video detailing the car status is useful. The car was kept for longer to carryout further remedial works, but due to the unavailability of brakes and discs I have to return the vehicle next week for this repair, which is frustrating. I also feel Volkswagen should advise that some maintenance is required after two years and offer this as part of the service plan, rather than as up sell products.

On entering the showroom I was initially ignored by all staff.I returned a second time and this happened again until I sought assistance - what was fantastic.However after my first visit I only returned because there was parking available. Otherwise I would not have returned again. I am still looking for a car but do not need this for 6-9mnths. I would be happy to be contacted again if an auto polo became available.Thanks.
