With question 5 - service plan I answered no simply because already included with car.It was a pleasure to deal with James the sales representative.Some of the white protective plastic was still on the car when I picked it up.

I had a while you wait appointment and it took a lot longer than I had been told it would. After 1 1/2 hours I asked how much longer and was told 10 minutes but it was 40 minutes longer

I was pleased with the service, apart from after checking my car in online I still received two calls about checking it in, so checking in online was pointless and didn’t save time.On collection I had to wait for the car to be washed, even though I collected it the following day after it’s service

My biggest praise is that the team fitted me in on really short notice, as the fault on my car meant I couldn't use it. All other dealerships gave me a near 5 week away appointment, where this group appreciated my situation and slotted me in within a few days.Highly highly grateful to them for this, and for their great service.

On collection of vehicle, the door mirror had not been replaced as requested at booking time. Had to return following day to have this done. World's most expensive mirror?

Not offered a service plan as I have one already - however I would like to have a reminder of when it runs out and needs to be renewed. I felt that Alex, as service contact, treated me as an individual and not just a number. Personal service like this is always appreciated.

Need to re book my vehicle back in as the warning light (the originally problem I booked it in for) came back on a few days later therefore unsure the problem has been fixed.
