Would appreciate a more accurate time scale for waiting during service. Was told 1.5 hours over the phone but reality was 2.5 hours.

when you book online there are numerous communications between the dealers and lookers centre that contradict each other which is confusing. You've today sent me an online checkin for a post service inspection !!

I was very happy with Adam’s understated style, there was no hard sell but he was responsive when I wanted more information. Much better than most car sales men. I was unimpressed with management, when I arrived after a 5 hour journey to collect my car they all sat facing me at their desks looking miserable and not one of them made eye contact or smiled - it was as if I was invisible. If I’d been local and had that experience I would have walked away without buying a car.

James was very helpful without being pushy - hate a pushy salesman and this has put me off returning to other dealerships, James was great.

Had a software problem with my car which was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
