I would have liked a pick up and drop off service or courtesy car. None of which were available on the day.

i was not informed when the car was ready.I had to ring the service dept.I requested the front passenger seat to be cleaned . This was not carried out.

When I booked the service with collection, I had to wait nearly 2 months and so the service was overdue, very disappointed. Also the 2 front wheels were dirty after new tyres were fitted.
