Always a good experience. Waited for vehicle a little longer than usual but also had more done plus a complimentary wash. Staff always polite and welcoming and car feels good after the service. No complaints. Thankyou.

With question 5 - service plan I answered no simply because already included with car.It was a pleasure to deal with James the sales representative.Some of the white protective plastic was still on the car when I picked it up.

I had a while you wait appointment and it took a lot longer than I had been told it would. After 1 1/2 hours I asked how much longer and was told 10 minutes but it was 40 minutes longer
