My biggest praise is that the team fitted me in on really short notice, as the fault on my car meant I couldn't use it. All other dealerships gave me a near 5 week away appointment, where this group appreciated my situation and slotted me in within a few days.Highly highly grateful to them for this, and for their great service.

Not offered a service plan as I have one already - however I would like to have a reminder of when it runs out and needs to be renewed. I felt that Alex, as service contact, treated me as an individual and not just a number. Personal service like this is always appreciated.

I appreciated that the sales executive spent a couple of hours with us looking at options for a new or used polo. I would have preferred it if the quote for a new polo had not included hidden extras such as extended warranty as usually it is made clear that there are extra charges such as GAP etc which are given as options once a purchase is close to being agreed. In the end the family decided they wanted a second hand polo and Lookers Guildford did not have a suitable car to view so we continued looking on the VW website and found a used polo at a good price at another VW dealership in Cornwall and I let Lookers know I was going to view it. The sales executive at Lookers expressed his disappointment that I had not allowed him to find me a car which made me feel awkward/stressed- this was the email i received from Lookers Guildford on my way to view the car in cornwall "I would appreciate if you could allow me an opportunity to find a car for you after we spent time together on Wednesday, let me know how you get on with the Polo in Cornwall."

Adam hill was great and very helpful, unfortunately i have decided to keep my T-cross for at least another year, but i will be back to the Guildford branch when the time comes for my upgrade and would love to deal with Adam again.
