It might be helpful to either receive all documentation together in a single pack, or at least to be sent a summary that recaps everything that has been provided.Similarly, when finalising our vehicle order we were shown electronic brochures of various product add-ons (e.g. GAP insurance, Smart Repair, Gard X, etc.). We were shown these only briefly on screen before confirming our purchase. It would be helpful to be sent a copy of these brochures following our order, so we can look back at what we have agreed to and save for future reference.

Just wanted to thank the service team for helping me out.Had a coolant leak and was due to drive to Devon in a few days time. Craig Bishop really was exceptional - he was very keen to get everythinhg right for us. We bought two Used Polos from him and I would go to him straight-away when it comes to updating our other cars.
