This is my first time writing a review however I felt it appropriate due to the level of service I have received from Ross Kavanagh aka William.The warmest and the most enthusiastic customer service I have ever received.I’ve been informed about every single step through the process from entering the store for the first time to driving out in my new car in no time (a week or so)If anybody is looking for a new VW look no further.

James Hart was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Without doubt the best and easiest to deal with car salesman I have ever met. Very very impressed with him.

Booking online only seemed to have limited options and I would do it again.Not sure of the value of the video.

My car was picked up and returned to my home address. All the radio settings were altered, presumably because your driver wanted to listen to his preferred radio station(s) during the short journeys to/from your premises. It's a real pain having to reset the radio. Could your drivers please not do this. It's only a short journey to maintain radio silence!

Josh was really helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond to find the car that I wanted without being "salesman-y", which was great. We've bought 2 cars from him now and will go back to him for our next car too!
