Very helpful found a vehicle elsewhere

Although the vehicle was prepared to an excellent standard on the outside and interior and I had to wait a while for this to be done the engine bay was disappointing it was dirty and dusty with leaves around the plastic tray by the wipers .I sorted this myself when I got home .when I questioned this with James I was told that the vehicle would not have been looked at under the bonnet, but I would have thaught the whole vehicle would have been prepared to the highest standards.

James was amazing and so helpful! I didnt feel pressued with anything, and nothing was too much. Thank you so much! I couldnt be happier with my lovely new car! :)

The service staff, Wayne Hemmings in particular was particularly friendly, thorough and had good knowledge of what and how the problem in my car was corrected.
