I thought that if my car was having a big Service and MOT they used to clean the car a part of the service. That did not happen and i was disappointed about this.

I was offered a new service plan with re-finance and very interested, sent papers and then waited for days to sign. I was told I'd be contacted and wasn't, later I was told by another salesperson there was no such deal ?Very disappointing and confusing.
