Phone contact was very difficult, but face to face was better.

We were well dealt with in general. However on our first booking you were not able to do the service as there was some breakdown in VW equipment so we had to re book. This was fairly inconvenient as we come from Ewell . However our next booking was completely satisfactory and we’re dealt with very well.

I don't like your new(?) 'booking' system. Would have preferred to deal directly with the dealership rather than a remote location which had no record of car history (or me!) and the operative had to ask a lot of (in my opinion) a number of questions which would have been unnecessary if I had dealt direct with Lookers, Guildford
