With all documentation now being managed electronically, and spread across multiple emails, it can be difficult to keep track of everything that is important. It might be helpful to either receive all documentation together in a single pack, or at least to be sent a summary that recaps everything that has been provided.Similarly, when finalising our vehicle order we were shown electronic brochures of various product add-ons (e.g. GAP insurance, Smart Repair, Gard X, etc.). We were shown these only briefly on screen before confirming our purchase. It would be helpful to be sent a copy of these brochures following our order, so we can look back at what we have agreed to and save for future reference.
