I waited in the showroom for my car to be ready & was able to plug in my laptop & work. The service was done quickly & no extras which was good, so cost was according to quote. Slightly expensive but as expected. Staff very good at keeping me posted. Thankyou.

All of the above counts for very little in deciding whether to go to a particular dealership or not. The important factors are cost of services and repairs and if thinking of buying a car, prices of new and second hand cars. The rest is all superfluous.

If things are running late - better communication

Great customer service. I opted against buying based on the product not the service. Interior of the cars I was interested in lack premium feel and look. Too many hard scratchy plastics. But the staff were very good.

The booking communication process is great. And being able to track the status of the service is really good.During the cleaning process, some of the paint came off the car's bonnet which I understand was due to bird poo which had corroded the paint I appreciate that this is not Lookers' fault. However, I was really disappointed that the rest of the car was not cleaned well at all. A really good part of the service package that I pay for is the thorough clean that the car normally gets. It seemed like perhaps my car was the last one on a Friday and was a rather rushed job. That on top of the paint issue (again, not Lookers' fault) left me feeling disappointed.
