I thought Wayne treated me very well. I liked that I had an unexpected fault on Monday and by Wednesday it was fixed. I also liked that I received a "loyalty " discount. Every little helps

Dropped car off and was told I would be called by 5pm to pick up. Was called at 4:55pm, and told I had until 5:30pm to get the car, or come back in the morning. Luckily, I didn't need the car early, so was able to opt for the latter. Not a huge deal, but I think more notice would be appreciated.

Our salesman James Hart at Lookers Guildford was really helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. He kept us fully updated on our purchase and gave excellent customer service.

Unfortunately someone changed not only the height of the seat but also the steering wheel. It took me ages to get this just right when I bought the car from you and is now taking ages to get it just right again. I appreciate that it is necessary to move the seat back and fully expected and accept this but never before has the height of the seat and steering wheel been changed.

Lookers Guildford service staff were good but someone from Lookers elsewhere had phoned me and not passed on information as he promised.
