Difficult voice at booking

Service was very good and all my questions were answered, but running through all the finance and insurance products available made the initial visit quite long and tiring.There was no promotion of the benefits of buying under the VW Approved Used scheme, which I would have thought was one of the major selling points.Munem and Louie were very helpful in answering all my questions over several telephone calls and email conversations, and reception staff were always friendly and welcoming.Overall, very happy with the experience, including completing the purchase and delivery remotely when I went down with covid.
