Thanks to Josh Butcher who was excellent in answering my many questions about a potential vehicle we were interested in.Josh went the extra mile to assist us.In the end we did purchase elsewhere only because it was closer to home.Top marks for Josh and Lookers though!

Booked test drive online but booking not picked up by the branch. However they apologised and arranged a test drive as it was lucky they had the car there

I asked if I would be called (ie phoned) when my car was ready. Despite being told that I would, they sent a text instead. Because I don't spend my day looking at my phone, I only noticed the text 30 minutes after it was sent. If they had phoned me as arranged, I could have collected the car earlier.
