We dealt with Munem Islam who was very professional, engaging and friendly, he made us feel at ease, offered us a good long test drive and went through all of our options, the only reason we didn’t buy the vehicle was because we decided to keep our RS3. The salesman we dealt with ( Craig Bishop)was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and did eveything we wanted/needed from placing the order through to deliver.This is not a comment re Lookers but to VW , their manuals are very poor with far too many cross references and in places read more like a health and safety bible. A cut down version for the basic functions for each model would be more helpful.

Craig Bishop was the first point of contact and was exceptionally helpful from the 1st time I stepped into the showroom. He found me a car that suited all my requirements with a speedy delivery.
