The service booking system through the call centre, not guildford, was appalling and after 3 good years with VW made me resolve to buy elsewhere. Only interested in money not customer service. Refused to give any advice or ask in detail about symptoms. Adamant i didn’t have an extended warranty - i had to take to garage to prove. Need to charge £80 for inspection. Need to pay for courtesy car etc

I pre booked the car in online. Got to the service reception on time. Followed the instructions of putting the keys in an envelope and depositing them in the right recepticle. Came back about an hour later only to see my car still sitting in the car area. Raised this with one of your people and he immediately got two mechanics to work on it (an oil change?). I was told that the online booking system sometimes plays up. Not very impressive.

We nearly left as we waited quite a while at the start it it picked up well after that. If you say you will be 5 minutes and you go over 5 minutes then an additional update on timing is appreciated.

Was dealt with Leanne who was helpful, polite and very knowledgable. Was very happy with the service given across the board. Only came in for a valuation on my T-Cross, walked out with a T-ROC. What more can you ask for.
