Cameron was the gentleman that assisted me. He was very professional, kept me regularly updated and was able to answer all additional questions put to him. He was also polite and patient. I was able to source a new car with another Looker branch. Cameron was understanding if this. This was one example of Cameron’s professionalism.Overall a positive experience and I have already recommend friends and family members to contact Cameron when they are going to change or indeed purchase a car.

I was incredibly impressed by Josh butler. He was very professional and helpful -making things as painless as possible - very grateful to him. However, I was incredibly disappointed with VW for breaking a contract with me. I signed a financial agreement with them and I was extremely surprised that, based on the changes in government funding for electric cars after the agreement was signed, Vw reneged on the original deal. This was Vw’s risk and should have been them to take up the differences. Vw have simply tried it on - not how a company like VW should behave . Makes me wonder in future whether I really will want Vw cars. Very, very, very disappointed and I will make sure as many people as possible know how shoddily VW have acted. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

I must mention Mr. Craig Bishop.....he is pleasant, down to earth, polite , most helpful and above all informative. he is well versed about the products he’s selling and quite knowledgeable about the model of the car we purchased ..He made everything clear , simple and asking us if we had anything to ask ? Hence, he made the sale pretty quick..Just the right man for the job, if I may say so.The building itself is bright, airy and friendly . the receptionists were particularly quite friendly .

I thought James Hart at your Guildford branch handled my enquiry very professionally and with a personable manner.

Wayne dealt with the booking/visit in a professional and efficient way and called me back the next day ( as arranged). Why am I so surprised to actually get good customer service which does nt seem to exist in today’s world . Oh, and they have my car a really good clean! Amazing service, thank you.
