Start to finish all questions were answered quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service and the process from the beginning from initial enquiry about a VW Polo to then finding the right one and purchasing it was as smooth as it could be . I had help from both Louie and Cameron who both had lots of knowledge about the car and we’re happy to help via telephone and email with a response pretty much instantly and never made to feel that any question was silly. Would recommend Lookers Guildford to anyone wanting a VW car !

I was shown a nice looking T-Roc in the showroom and I asked to look under the bonnet. On opening the bonnet disappointed to find it had not been touched there were leaves in various places and no attempt to make it look clean. Hope that was a one off and not normal practice.

I think you carry out a very good service, but your prices are far too high. And charging £15 to collect and return my vehicle - not good.

I did not see how it was possible to book a service on the website. I was able to add this on the day but just to let you know I couldn't work out how to do it online.There was a large amount of residue left on my wheel rims from where the new tyres were put on. I've had to clean this off myself and I'm just wondering if this could have been done in the garage.

I was astonished with how quick and easy the whole process was, with some covid measures making the experience so much more seamless.Ross was a delight, and I would definitely come back to him for my next change of vehicle on either of our family cars.
