It would have been nice if a little more attention to cleaning the car on return would have been appreciated.

Cameron was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the car, sought for the best options available for me, and went out of his way to keep me updated on the progress of the vehicle and in explaining all of the options available and forms to be signed. He made the experience very stress free for me and I would definitely recommend him personally to friends.

Although I was offered a test drive, I wasn’t informed that I personally wasn't allowed to drive the vehicle. I think in the initial contact with potential customers, age and other details should be taken to make customers aware of their situation with driving etc from the very beginning.

Great service with a free wash. A little confusion on timing (wash was after service time slot of 8-10 but I could wait the extra 45 mins. Overall felt well looked after. Thanks!

Had to get in touch with regard to replacement fob batteries. Was expected to pay for these. No way. Have had no response to my query about service manual. Salesman Craig Bishop rang to query my ratings. He does not respond to mails. This is atrocious service. Would like to fill the whole survey in again and would not recommend you going on my experience post sale. You’ve had my money but no great follow up. VW would be proud!

The salesman was the best I've seen at Lookers since 2011 when I first started busying my cars from Lookers; he really took an interest in me and the kind of car I wanted and was most careful to ensure the the whole package worked well for me. A pleasure to deal with him.

The staff did all that was asked of them and were helpful and pleasant, but Lookers more generally needs a process to manage client relationships at a personal level during currently very extended delivery periods.
