I returned the car for a repair that had been an intermittent fault during the life of the warranty which has just expired.After some explaining and negotiations they made the repair in good faith with no further charge to me.The car was cleaned an valeted to a high standard for me at the same time and looked very nice when I collected it.

Ensure there are no marks on the car before handover. Josh is a very good member of the sales team. A few complementary Volkswagen accessories or top up oil would be welcome!
