Despite having the same model, I had changed from a manual to automatic. Even though I'd had a test drive, Zed took the time to walk me though the controls concentrating on how to use the automatic including manual shift/low gear for heavy snow in winter and ensured that I was comfortable in using the auto box.

Didn’t use the online booking system this time as garage rang me to advise of service date . Don’t understand why you have an online check in but then you still ring - what is the point then of online check in? Keep you informed at all times about what is happening.
