It makes booking my car in very simple to do. Good online services are a must theses days and VWs are spot on! I’ve bought several cars from Lookers Newcastle. Customer service for my cars has always been top notch!

Easy check in service and liked the detailed video I am impressed every time I book my car in for Service or repairs at Lookers Newcastle specially how Amy Adamson deals with right from the start. Amy is prompt with her replies, does follow up, keeps me updated on the progress and the best - she tries her best each time! This is my 3rd year with VW Newcastle and I should say this dealership deserves the 4.5* reviews on Google specially because of your people like Amy who do their best to retain their customers. She is an asset to the Service Department and her hard work to keep customers' business should be recognised, rewarded and appreciated. The member of staff I dealt with James Earnshaw was very professional and took on board my preferred options regarding colour and model He is keeping those requirements on file and hopefully in the not to near future I will be driving my next VW away from the branch

as both items on the list were not fully resolved i.e. the seat, would take the car off the road to see if they could manage the fault my opinion but i'm not a mechanic just a driver with 58 years of accident free driving i would replace the seat (not your selves VW) because you kind of no they are not going to be able to fix it that would be the simple fix but my wife needs this car every day of her life being disabled. the second issue of the excessive heat you can feel on the bonnet top just above the wheel arch area both sides gets so hot at times you could fry an egg but it appears to be normal so the mechanis say and i do not doubt his ability as a mechanic but i have had a quite allot of cars as you can imangine in the lat 58 years and one in perticular our last car the Seat Tarraco which is definitly the best car that i have ever had and as you no the VW is a copy of the same car guess what it did not have this problem corection strange situation eventualy i think it will have an effect on the paint work not knowing what degrees of heat the paint can stand up to never mind not every thing is perfect nor am i just my opinions
