It was very easy to navigate. The staff at Vw are friendly from the moment you drive in to the moment you drive out. I could not find a single fault with anything. I was also kept informed from the minute my car went in for its service and not. Excellent customer care

Easy to arrange a date and time convenient to me with a choice of extent of service required. The cost of my choice was stated and a reminder e-mail sent to me near the visit. In all a fuss free experience. A pleasant experience on arrival and everything was explained to me by a very friendly and experienced member of staff.
