Fran went above and belong to make sure the handover went smoothly especially as somethings did not work out due to the handover been on a Saturday and the deal had to be completed by the end of the month to secure the new vehicle

Basic service but works Rachael and Amy are always fantastic in service. I would buy another VW based solely on the service from them both. The rest of the team are always very welcoming and nice to communicate with.
