Always an excellent service. Nothing was too much bother. Really friendly and helpful staff. Offered to wash the car and book my next service. I will always stay with Lookers if this level of service continues.

Handover was efficient and smooth I dropped a star because after the 150 point vehicle check before purchase the first time I used the wash wipe a warning light appeared telling me the washer reservoir needed filling. I hope the rest of the checks were carried out better than that one! I would hate to think the brake reservoir or engine oil was low. Not a good early impression
