Appointment, test drive and price conversation was great. I was looking at other cars so wasn’t looking to make a decision that day. They said they would ring me in a few days to see what decision I had came to. They never called back. I ended up getting a VW Tiguan from another dealership.

It was easy and hassle free. I was contacted by a member of the service team as I had not fully indicated the service I required. It was sorted very easily. I also hadn’t booked in to wait for my car. The member of staff dealing with my check in spoke to the service team and they set to work servicing my vehicle. Couldn’t have asked for more. Big thank you to them. Staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful.
