I am used to your online check-in system, I have been a customer for 20 years and have bought about 5 VW Passats, a Jetta, all my servicing done by yourselves Never had a problem. As ever, Rachel in servicing was right on the spot with hot chocolate and biscuits, and she arranged Neil from sales to get us a good test drive in an ID.4. More business coming your way soon.

It was quick and easy to check in online I was kept up to date of everything that was been done on my car , plus there was miscommunication about me having to wait for my car instead of leaving it there , Claire sorted this out very quickly, I was looked after with tea and biscuits , my car was even washed and vacuumed out .
