It all worked fine until I had to approve or decline any work. As I didn't want any work doing it wasn't letting me submit the form with nothing else selected. I'm guessing a validation error on the form fields. First class as usual, love the drop off process. Fast efficient and looked after by the staff. The only thing I would say, is increase your capacity as the wait to get an appointment is very long.

See above Rachel Scott was very helpful. However, it is of concern that I had to change the car's wiper blades after less than 8,000 miles. Here's hoping that the new blades are far more durable and that this is not a sign of VW lowering its over all manufacturing standards.
