We haven’t ended up buying with VW, but only as the car didn’t fit our needs. We were however very impressed with the input we received from your sales team. We were provided with lots of information and also given time to consider all options available.

The sales' person was excellent and explained everything in very clear detail in a most friendly and informed manner. The reason I have not awarded the 5 stars is that when I rang to make the appointment it was to arrange a test drive of a car but on arriving there, one was not one available so that will have to take place at another time.
