As a customer of many years with VW and Lookers I was not surprised to receive the same excellent service .The service team were only too ready to ply me with refreshment and chat during my wait. I happened to mention to Amy at the final handover that my satnav may be due a refresh she offered to do it immediately and even.removed SD card from my car.it is now installed and working fine.So once again many thanks to all concerned ( Please restart reception )
