Excellent attentive staff who answered my questions. Thank you Excellent attentive staff. The only slight problem was with the video the car mechanic spoke too fast for me. He mentioned my tyre cracked. Would be useful if I could see it on the video (if possible). I wasn’t sure if it cracked inside where I can’t see or outside.

Gave me wrong time again Door seal wasn’t fitted correctly but someone came out and sorted. Hope it stays on!!!

Easy to use and stress free The lady who booked me in was so lovely and said she would try to get my car back to me ASAP as I I could no longer get a lift home or back to the garage. Which meant a 80min bus journey both ways.
