I used my mobile so that may have been the problem rather than a pc but it didn’t work fully . Not awful though. Good communication from Rachel Scott on service desk and prompt attention from workshop and showroom.

I like both online and in person and woukd always wish to have a choice. Lookers Scotswood always give me the confidence to discuss sometimes minor issues with them. I sometimes feel silly mentioning small things however they really do assist and give advice with everything.
