It was easy and vlear to use, very user friendly. A lot of on libe services are unnecessarily complicated, especially for older customers like me. Only let down was a few things which would have eased stress etc. It was such a long wait to get booked in for a diagnostic, almost 2 months. I was unable to use car over this period to to severity of coolant leak. Secondly, if you were to provide a pick up service I would not have had to drive car over, risking damage yo engine. Thirdly, you were not able to provide a courtesy car with almost 2 months notice.
