Neil did a great job organising test drive over the Xmas break but showroom staff were a bit slow to speak to us and stand in that provided the keys didn’t know much about the car unfortunately.

Rachel kept me informed regularly of the position regarding my car’s service and update and the car was returned as soon as the parts became available After a very frustrating period of waiting for parts to arrive Rachel at Lookers Scotswood Newcastle pulled out all the stops to return my car with the work completed- thank you

Rachel was very professional during our time there. However we had to recheck tyre pressures the following day as a warning light illuminated. Mark up price on tyres that we don’t need yet is disappointing.
