Very easy to book and check in online. Everything was good except that I had to leave my car in the garage over the weekend and I was not offered a courtesy car, I had to ask for it.

No drivers available to facilitate customer transport from dealership to nearby Newcastle causing unnecessary inconvenience and cost of taxi £12 despite at time of booking advising we would require transport as is usual. I understood this to be due to staff having been made redundant. A disappointing move on behalf of Lookers senior management and detracting from customer experience.
