Using the online service is simple and speeds up the check in on arrival. It was a difficult morning for the staff as the MOT computer was down so my car was taken to an independent garage. This caused a longer than anticipated wait for me. I was kept informed of my car’s progress and was offered refreshments as I became chilled due to the low temperature in the building. I was well looked after and so was my car which was valeted and washed.

Very friendly and professional car dealer - Kieran. He answered all my questions and was very understanding with my disabled 19 year old who came to the showroom eith me. All my settings in the new car were the same as the VW I handed back and kieran set the child locks at the back.
