From arriving to leaving there was no problems. All good. From the introduction of the sales rep he was polite and informative. Even when leaving without the car I was interested in purchasing.

We are happy with the new car but would maybe have considered an Elegance model in hindsight as we asked if we could add “extras” to our car eg winter pack, rear camera etc but were told that it was not possible as the car was already built. We were however very disappointed with the trade in valuations on both of our old cars, the manager did say he have another look at the values nearer the time we received our new car, but this didn’t happen!
